PROCESSING TIMES

Every item is handmade by us in our Staffordshire studio. Please allow 3-7 working days for your item to be made and then dispatched to your address. Please note that during busy periods, such as Sales and Christmas, this may take longer.

Items in the Sales & Samples section dispatch within 1–2 working days.

If you need an item at a specific date, please email us at hello@littlecandybell.co.uk before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.

You will receive an email once your order has been made and disptached.

 

UK DELIVERY

All orders are sent with Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard — this service usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch and includes tracking.

FREE UK Delivery for orders over £50

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Standard):

£2.95 for Orders up to £10.00

£3.95 for Orders over £10.00

If you’d like your parcel to arrive faster, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked (arrives in 1-2 days after dispatch) or Next Day Delivery at checkout. 

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (Upgrade):

£3.95 for Orders up to £10.00

£4.95 for Orders over £10.00

Next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm (Upgrade):

Flat rate of £11.95 (should arrive within 1 business day after dispatch)

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is on it's way.

Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal service once the item has been dispatched. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.  Every order is sent via Royal Mail International - Tracked & Signed and there is a flat rate of £16 (should arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch).

At this time, we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to current GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requirements.
We are also not shipping to the USA until tariff regulations have been confirmed and clarified.

We apologise for any inconvenience and are actively monitoring these regulations so we can expand our shipping options as soon as possible.

Little Candybell does not accept any responsibility for any additional taxes, customs or duties incurred when shipping outside of the UK.

Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal service once the item has been dispatched.

 

PACKAGING

Your order will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper. If you would like to gift it directly to the recipient and include a personal message, please add the recipient's address at the "shipping address" and add your personal note at checkout.

Some items may need to be folded in order to be shipped (i.e. fabric bags, Christmas sacks etc). Please note that any creases encountered during shipping can be ironed out on the reverse (avoid printed area).

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We love that you chose to shop with us here at Little Candybell and we also understand that sometimes your purchase may not be the right fit/ item.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and unwashed with the tags still attached. Please contact us prior to returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or refunds on Personalised or Sale items.

Shipping items back to us on all returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.  In the rare occasion that you may receive a faulty item we will cover the shipping to exchange your purchase. To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, you should email us at hello@littlecandybell.co.uk to receive instructions on where to mail your product.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If we accept your return, we will process your refund via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
