💌 How much is delivery?
UK delivery is a flat rate of £3.50 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Need it faster? Delivery upgrades are available at checkout.

📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and sent from our studio in Staffordshire, UK.
⏱️ How long does it take to make my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 3–7 working days, though this may be longer during busy seasons.
Items in the Sales & Samples section dispatch within 1–2 working days.
In a rush? Let us know — we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery upgrades are available at checkout.
📮 Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel’s journey. You can also upgrade your shipping at checkout.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Every order is sent via Royal Mail International - Tracked & Signed and there is a flat rate of £16.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time due to current GPSR regulations.
We hope to expand our shipping options in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.
🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days.
Custom or personalized orders unfortunately can’t be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
💔 What if my item arrives damaged?
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

🎨 I’m looking for a specific colour crown or party hat — can you help?
Absolutely! If you have a specific colour in mind that’s not in the shop, feel free to reach out.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request or suggest something similar.
🧵 How do I add customisation details?
Each product page includes customisation options you can select before adding to your cart.
If your choices affect the price, you’ll see the total update automatically. On most pages, you can even preview your custom selections before purchasing.
There’s a personalisation box available too—perfect for adding names, notes, or any extra details you’d like us to know!
If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to message us before ordering—we’re always happy to help.

Yes! We offer party hats for pets too—because why should humans have all the fun?
All hats come with adjustable elastic for a comfy, secure fit.

Our crowns and party hats are designed for all ages—from babies and
toddlers to children and adults! Crowns come with adjustable ties, and
party hats feature soft elastic for a secure and comfortable fit, no

Yes! They're designed to be treasured and reused for birthdays, dress-up, and magical everyday play.
👶 Are your items safe for children?
Our accessories are decorative and not toys, so children should always be supervised while wearing them.
We use OEKO-TEX certified materials that are free from harmful substances for added peace of mind.
🎁 Can I send something as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout and leave a note if you'd like to include a message.
All orders are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, and no prices are included in gift parcels.
📝 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! We wrap every order in tissue paper and twine.
Want to add a handwritten note? Just pop your message in the notes box at checkout.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as secure payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
